DIN TS 67600 available in English as a supplement to EN 12464-1 for the planning of integrative HCL lighting solutions

DIN TS 67600 (“Complementary criteria for lighting design and lighting application with
regard to non-visual effects of light”) describes the influence of the melanopic effects of light that can be used for lighting design. It is therefore a supplement to EN 12464-1 for planners who, in addition to good lighting for visual tasks and emotional effects, can also take into account the non-visual effects of light. The aim is essentially to stabilize the human circadian system with a positive influence on concentration and performance in the active phases and a sustainable improvement in regeneration in the recovery phases.
